Because many of our products are handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
Order Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to cancel and refund your order as long as it has not yet shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work with you to make it right.
